How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, anywhere in the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 3 to 4 business days. Transit then takes 3 to 6 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the day you place them.
How do the sizes work?
Our jackets, shirts and knitwear use standard US letter sizes, and our chinos use waist sizes in inches. Each product page lists the sizes available, and our size guide shows body measurements for every size.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Email support@dawsonknox.com first and we'll send return instructions and the correct return address. We don't accept direct exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order.
